Dough
Ingredients | Quantity |
Warm Milk | 3-4 cups |
Eggs | 3 or 4 |
Yeast Dissolved in one cup water | 2 1/2 or 3 Tablespoons |
Salt | 1 1/2 or 2 Tablespoons |
Sugar | 3/4 cup |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Vanilla | 1 Tablespoons |
Flour | add until sticky to touch but it doesn’t come off with fingers |
Let rise until double it’s size. Punch down. Let rise again. Roll out in a thin rectangle. Butter half and fold over ( repeat up to six times). Roll thin, butter half and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Fold over and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Twist and roll strip into a circle. Put lemon of fruity pie filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes till light brown.

Cream Cheese | 8 oz. |
Vanilla | 2 Tablespoons |
Powdered Sugar | 3 cups or until right consistency |
Milk | a little bit |
