Ingredient	Quantity
Eggs	4
Sugar	2 1/4 Cups
Milk	5 Cups
Cream	4 Cups
Vanilla	4 1/2 Teaspoons

Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff. Add remaining ingredients.  Mix well. Makes 1 gallon.
